Refunds and Return Policy

SALE ITEMS

  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS

  • You will have 30 days to return your item(s) from the original date of purchase. The item(s) must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. After 30 days from the original date of purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
  • We will only offer a return if the item(s) arrived defective or damaged. We would suggest emailing customerservice@forthereef.com should you have any questions or concerns before placing your order. We want to ensure you are ordering the correct size and colour and will be satisfied with your purchase.
  • Should your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, we would ask that you please send an email to customerservice@forthereef.com and return your item(s) to the address on the package you received.

REFUNDS

  • If your item(s) has been returned successfully due to damage or defect, we will send an email to you informing you that we have received the item(s) and that a refund will be processed.
  • If the item(s) is returned, a refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. 

EXCHANGES

  • If your item(s) has been returned successfully due to damage or defect and you would like to exchange it for the same item(s), we will send an email to you informing you that we have received the item(s) and that an exchange will be processed.
  • We would suggest emailing customerservice@forthereef.com should you have any questions or concerns before placing your order. We want to ensure you are ordering the correct size and colour and will be satisfied with your purchase.
  • Should your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, we would ask that you please send an email to customerservice@forthereef.com and return your item(s) to the address on the package you received. Please also make note that you would like to receive the same item(s) and are not requesting a refund.

SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be credited to you upon receipt of product. If your return is successful, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. For The Reef does not guarantee that the item(s) will be received or in the same condition as shipped.

CUSTOMS FEES

  • Should customs fees apply, the costs associated with this will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
